Strategic Planning
Where is your company going? Where are you
going? MRA Consulting, LLC can help you answer these questions by conducting a process of developing and implementing plans
to reach goals and objectives. Given that the ‘whole is greater than the sum of its parts,’ this is where looking
at the big picture is an important first step to a destination that never ends. Moreover, Stephen Covey’s Habit 2, suggests
to Begin with the End in Mind. By doing so, we will be able to take specific aspects of your organization and focus on
the areas to be most improved.
We use the STP three-step process to strategic planning:
- Situation – evaluate the current situation and how it came about
- Target – define goals and/or objectives
- Path –
map a possible route to the goals/objectives

Business Process Reengineering and Six Sigma
Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Six Sigma allows many companies to re-invent themselves
by using specific means to improve processes, costs, and the organization. Through the BPR and Six Sigma
methodologies we can see how the different parts of the organization’s pieces fit together in the most effective way.
BPR and Six Sigma includes looking at what are we doing, how are we doing it and what can we do better.
When we look at your organization, we first put together a flow-chart of the current structure and processes of your
organization in addition to measuring the processes. Next, we determine if there are areas or service areas in the process
to cut so as to improve efficiency. Finally, we incorporate new processes into the model or completely change the present
model type to one that will yield greater results for your organization.
